Forgot Username and/or Password

Select "Forgot Login" on the Home Page
Choose "Forgot Password"
Input "User Name"
Input "Email Address"
Check your email for reset password (Be sure to check yor spam folder in case you don't see it in your inbox)
Login using the new password
Select User Profile
Select Edit Profile/Update Your Profle
Review Contact Info and change password
